The HES 5300C-630-LBM is a 5300 Series universal electric strike in stainless steel, built for cylindrical door locks. It lets you release a door remotely while keeping the latch side secure, and it suits installers and businesses that need a strike which can be set up as fail safe or fail secure on site. It includes a latchbolt monitor, 501 and 501A faceplates and a trim enhancer.

Installation notes

Confirm the door frame cutout allows for the strike body depth before mounting, and select the fail safe or fail secure setting before closing up the frame. After wiring through the plug-in connector, test the strike and the latchbolt monitor signal with the door closed and latched.
