Genesis 54766101 14/4 (105-Strand Oxygen-Free Copper) Audacious Unshielded Speaker Cable, Riser, CMR, FT4, 500' (152.4 m) Reel-in-a-Box, White

The Genesis 54766101 is a 500' (152.4 m) reel-in-a-box of 14/4 unshielded speaker cable with 105-strand oxygen-free copper conductors. It is a riser-rated (CMR, FT4) white cable in the Audacious Sound Cable line, suited to installers running indoor speaker wiring. Countdown length markings and a rip cord for stripping the jacket make long pulls easier to manage.

Key features

• Oxygen-free bare copper conductors carry sound well and keep voltage drop low.
• PVC insulation and a PVC jacket cover the stranded conductors.
• A rip cord lets you strip and remove the jacket efficiently.
• Countdown length markings show how much cable you have used and how much remains.
• The cable is rated for 300 volts and for -20 °C to 75 °C.
• It is sunlight resistant (UV) rated and REACH/RoHS compliant.

Installation notes

Pull the cable from the reel-in-a-box and use the countdown markings to cut each run to length with a little slack at both ends. Keep speaker runs separated from AC power wiring where practical, and confirm the cable's riser rating suits the pathway before you pull it.
