Genesis 41561008 18/2 Stranded Unshielded Fire Alarm Cable, Direct Burial, FPL, CL3, 1000' (304.8 m) Reel, Black

The Genesis 41561008 is an 18 AWG, 2-conductor stranded fire alarm cable on a 1000' (304.8 m) reel, finished in black. It is an unshielded, direct burial FPL/CL3 cable, so it suits installers running fire alarm and low-voltage circuits outdoors. Bare copper conductors, a sunlight resistant (UV) rating and countdown length markings stand out.

Key features

• Bare copper conductors give good conductivity and low voltage drop.
• SRPVC insulation sits under a PVC jacket.
• A rip cord makes jacket stripping and removal quicker.
• Countdown length markings let you track how much cable you have used and how much remains.
• It is sunlight resistant (UV) rated and rated for 300 volts.
• It is rated for -20 °C to 75 °C and is REACH/RoHS compliant.
