HES 9000-MTK Magnetic Metal Template Kit

The HES 9000-MTK Magnetic Metal Template Kit is a metal template that sticks to the door frame to help you line up the latchbolt of a rim exit device with an HES electric strike. It also shows you where to drill the mounting holes, so the strike goes in square the first time. It suits installers fitting HES 9000 Series strikes on doors with rim exit devices.

Key features

• Made of metal, so it holds its shape on the job.
• The magnetic design lets it adhere to the frame while you work.
• Helps you align the rim exit device latchbolt with the electric strike.
• Marks where to drill the strike's mounting holes.
• Works with the 9400, 9500 and 9600 Series, and the marketing information also names the 9700 and 9800 Series.
