The Honeywell Home 4229 is a wired eight-zone expander relay board that adds more protection zones and two programmable relay outputs to a VISTA control panel on the ECP bus. Installation notes

Set the DIP switch address before powering up, and make sure it does not duplicate another device on the ECP bus. Fit a 1K end-of-line resistor at the far end of each zone loop so the supervision works correctly, and test each zone for open and short conditions during commissioning.
