Genesis 32065512 22/6 Stranded Shielded Cable, Plenum, CMP, FT6, 500' (152.4 m) Pull Box, Natural

The Genesis 32065512 is a 22 AWG, 6-conductor stranded shielded control cable, supplied as a 500' (152.4 m) pull box in natural. It is plenum-rated (CMP, FT6), so it suits access control and other low-voltage runs inside air-handling spaces. The foil shield, bare copper conductors and countdown length markings make it a practical choice for installers who want to track their pull as they go.

Key features

• Bare copper conductors give excellent conductivity and low voltage drop.
• Low-smoke PVC insulation covers the conductors.
• A foil shield surrounds all conductors.
• A rip cord makes it easier to strip and remove the jacket.
• Countdown length markings show how much cable you have used and how much remains.
• It is rated for 300 volts and for -20 °C to 75 °C.

Installation notes

Pull the cable from the box with steady tension and avoid sharp bends or kinks, which can damage the shield and conductors. Terminate the foil shield according to the system's grounding practice, and use the rip cord to open the jacket cleanly before stripping.
