Eaton UTA-1 Universal Telephone ALERTs (UTA), 24/48VDC, 24VAC, 90VRMS, 20Hz

The Eaton Wheelock UTA-1 is a loud electronic telephone ringer that sounds an audible alert when the phone rings, built for noisy areas or places that need wide coverage. It suits facilities where a standard handset ringer would go unheard, and it stands out for its four selectable sound patterns and four selectable operating voltages. Its 109 dB piezo speaker and weather resistant backbox also make it usable outdoors with conduit-enclosed wiring.

Key features

• Choose from four sound patterns: Horn, Bell, Vibrating Chime or Single Chime.
• Four operating voltages are available: 24V DC, 24V AC, 48V DC or 90Vrms at 20-30Hz.
• A high output 109 dB piezo speaker makes the alert easy to hear.
• Low current draw and REN, with a tamper resistant volume control.
• Settings are made with dip switches, and the unit is ADA compliant.
• It complies with FCC part 68, CSA C22.2 and IC C5-03.
