The Camden CX-ED1579L is a Grade 1, fire-rated electric strike for mortise and cylindrical locksets, with the latch monitoring built in. It releases a locked door on command and reports the latch state back to your access control system. It suits installers specifying one strike for a mix of lockset brands and for either fail-safe or fail-secure doors. It replaces the CX-ED1500L2-PAC1.

Installation notes
