AVPro Edge AC-AEX-KIT Uncompressed Audio Extender, 100m

The AVPro Edge AC-AEX-KIT is a point-to-point audio extender that sends uncompressed stereo audio up to 100 m over Cat5e or higher cable. It suits installers and homeowners who need to move audio from a source to a distant amplifier, receiver or speaker location without compressing the signal. It accepts both analog and digital inputs and has dual active outputs, so analog and digital playback can run at the same time.

Key features

• Extends uncompressed stereo audio up to 100 m over Cat5e or higher with an RJ45 connection.
• Dipswitch selection lets you choose between analog and digital inputs.
• Works with Toslink and RCA stereo inputs and outputs.
• Passes stereo and multi-channel digital audio, including LPCM 2 CH and Dolby Digital or DTS 5.1.
• Power over cable means only one side needs a power connection.
