The AMS-38B is a UL and ULC listed mechanical surface mount contact designed for burglar alarm systems and door/window intrusion detection. With a 5/8" operating gap and durable Alnico 5 magnet, this contact reliably triggers alarm functions when openings are accessed. The NO/NC combination contact type allows flexible integration into closed-loop alarm circuits, lighting controls, sounders, and other secondary applications.

Built to handle higher voltages than standard reed switches, the AMS-38 is AC rated and engineered for professional and DIY installation on door frames, window sills, and cabinet entries.
