Nascom N78 Series 1" Recessed Wide Gap Door Contact

Engineered for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, the N78 Series delivers reliable door monitoring across steel and wood installations. The hermetically sealed contact design minimizes false alarms caused by door shifting or warping—a key advantage that reduces troubleshooting and callbacks.

The N78C variant accommodates all hinged door types, including wood doors, making it a versatile choice for mixed-door environments. Polypropylene housings provide durability in demanding settings, while UL 634 listing ensures compliance with industry safety standards.

Installers favor the N78 for its straightforward contact configuration that cuts installation time without compromising performance. The wide gap tolerance simplifies field adjustments and improves reliability in real-world door conditions.
