About the N505AS/ST

A short, 2" block switch engineered for man doors. This surface-mount design combines a proven contact configuration with an N35 NdFeB rare earth magnet for maximum gap performance.

The closed-loop version prevents false alarms caused by door warping or shifting, featuring NO DEAD SPOT™ Technology for reliable detection without blind zones.

Key specifications include 24" armored cable lead protection, 36" 22AWG wire leads, extra-wide gap capability, UL634 listing, and extruded anodized Type II aluminum construction. Built for installers who demand consistent performance and durability in commercial and residential applications.
