Hanwha XND-8082RV X-Series 6MP Vandal IR IP Dome Camera, 2.8-8.4mm Varifocal Lens, Signal White

The Hanwha XND-8082RV is a 6MP vandal-resistant IR dome network camera from the X-Series, built for outdoor video surveillance in businesses and commercial sites. A motorized 2.8-8.4mm varifocal lens lets an installer set the field of view without leaving the ladder, and the 40m IR range covers low-light and no-light scenes. Onboard analytics, dual SD card slots and NDAA and TAA compliance make it a practical choice for projects with procurement requirements.

Installation notes

Mount the camera on a solid backbox and plan the cable route before drilling, keeping the Ethernet run protected where it enters the housing. Power it over PoE or from a 12V DC supply, then set the zoom and focus from the network once the camera is aimed so you can check the framing at the viewing distance you need.
