Installation notes

Mount the camera to a solid surface and aim it so the IR illuminator is not facing a nearby wall or reflective surface, which can wash out the night image. Power it from a PoE switch or a 12V DC supply, seal the cable entry against moisture, and fine-tune the varifocal lens during commissioning with the camera on its final mount.
