About the UACC-CM-RJ45-1G

The Ubiquiti UACC-CM-RJ45-1G is an SFP to RJ45 adapter that plugs into an SFP port so you can connect a copper Ethernet cable to it. It suits installers and network admins running UniFi gear who need a 1 Gbps copper link from an SFP slot. It supports twisted pair runs of up to 100 meters.

Installation notes

Seat the module fully in the SFP port before connecting the copper cable, and keep the cable run within the 100 meter limit. Allow some airflow around the host switch, since the module draws power in the port cage.
