The Optex SX-360Z is a wired ceiling-mount passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor designed for commercial and residential security applications. Featuring a 360° detection pattern with 276 dense zones, this detector delivers reliable motion sensing coverage up to 60 feet, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor spaces.

The SX-360Z stands out with its patented zoom function and multi-focus lens, allowing you to adjust the detection pattern simply by twisting the domed lens at any installation height up to 16 feet. This flexibility eliminates the need for multiple sensor types and reduces installation complexity. The sensor offers selectable pulse count (1, 2 to 4) and three sensitivity levels (High, Medium, Low) to fine-tune performance for your specific environment.

Powered by 18V DC, the SX-360Z integrates seamlessly into hardwired security systems. It includes an LED on/off switch for easy diagnostics, in-line quad element detection, and RFI immunity rated at 30V/m.
